“The sound meditations are wonderful. I appreciate them. They are grounding and helpful. I appreciate the talking too. The talk today was right on for me.” ~ CS, New York

“Around these holidays, I am having a difficult time. Even through a cell phone, the healing sounds really helped and took me to a new place. I am very grateful for Shulamit’s gift, which she so generously shares.”  ~ N.Y.

The Meditation Format

Our intention is to connect to an all embracing supportive reality that surrounds us, and in the process release our own creative powers to deal with pressing issues.

Our monthly meditations focus on physical and emotional healing topics and will involve participation of all those that tune in. There will be an opportunity to ask Shulamit questions.
If you have an issue of concern please email Shulamit, and if suitable your issue will be presented anonymously to the group, who will direct their sounds and their intention to it.
The sessions will follow the following format:
  • Presentation on the sound and the topic for the month
  • Shulamit intoning.
  • Instruction in the sound
  • Practice in the sound
  • Q and A
In order to ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, please call from a quiet space without background noise.
The MediSounds Meditation is brought to you courtesy of donations to the Foundation.  If you would like to make a tax deductible contribution to further our work, please click here for our Donations page.
