Shulamit has been invited to teach MediSounds meditation to the Tel Aviv based staff of EcoPeace Middle East on February 1st 2022.
EcoPeace Middle East is composed of Jordanian, Israeli, and Palestinian environmentalists working together to solve Middle East ecological challenges in one of the most water scarce areas of the world and, in the process, help forge a way towards regional peace and cooperation.
On January 19th 2022 EcoPeace presented details of its visionary work before the United Nations Security Council, and received high praise from the council, including from the US Ambassador to the UN.
Listening/watching the EcoPeace presentation at the UN gives one a deep appreciation of the depth and significance of EcoPeace’s work and the high regard in which this organization is held. It is clear that EcoPeace is a breath of fresh air in the endless cycles of aggression/retaliation in the Middle East, and it is an important force for good.
